QUESTIONS?
What should I expect when I come to capoeira?
The lessons start with warming up and stretching, after that instructions are given within Capoeira´s different techniques and sequences. Usually the lessons end with a capoeira circle or roda, where the participants get to learn the capoeira game and music..
Come preferrably 10-15 minutes before the lesson to change into training clothes and to make yourselves well acquainted with the facilities.
Can I just come by for a lesson try-out?
All lessons are open for different diffilculty levels. Beginners are always welcomed!
The first lesson?
For your first lesson, use clothes that you feel confortable moving around in. Try to come a little before the lesson so you have time to exchange some words with the instructor. White clothing is preferrable but not obligatory. Many chose to traine barefoot but if you are new in capoeira and you need them, it is good that they have while soles and that they are relatively flexible. Come a little earlier so you have time to warm up and stretch properly.
